Responsible for process analysis, process flow design, process playbooks and visionary strategic tutorials as they relate to the integration of strategic initiatives into existing and future operations. Oversee process documentation and analysis in order to identify business process improvements and efficiencies for all Marketing Department areas.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the documentation and implementation of process flows for marketing operations.
  • Meet with cross functional teams to ensure business processes and rules are aligned, adjusting documentation accordingly.
  • Organize documentation so that it can be easily shared with all functional groups.
  • Facilitate communication of any new or updated processes/workflows/playbooks.
  • Strategize and recommend new workflows and improved playbooks based on analysis and knowledge of existing tools/resources while keeping pulse on emerging technologies that can be used to optimize.
  • Analyze reporting as it relates to workforce determination.
  • Manage projects or tasks that supports workflow team.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and/or presentations to answer business questions quickly and thoroughly.
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of database/reporting systems (SQL, Oracle, etc)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to present information in an understandable format
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
  • Demonstrated writing and grammar skills

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

Business Operations Analysis experience - 2

Project management experience - 2

Media Operations experience - 6
