Through user acceptance and operational readiness testing, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Business Analyst you’ll analyze business operations and recommend solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. You’ll use your understanding of the organization’s structure, policies, operations, and data analysis to improve general business processes and planning.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Eliciting, validating, verifying and documenting project requirements from impacted stakeholders.
Analyzing business operations to determine opportunities for improvement and how to automate processes and functions.
Creating process flows, use cases, reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes
Leading business process design and documentation as needed for new technology.
Conducting complex analysis so that business and user needs can be translated into detailed requirements that are subsequently used by downstream development teams
In this role you’ll work individually and within a team in a dynamic office environment. You’ll excel if you can collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to change, and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You’ll develop skills that are transferable to other areas of Spectrum for a meaningful, long-term career.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Business analysis or related experience: 2 years or more
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Jira, Confluence, Visio,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Demonstrated project management and leadership
Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to capture feedback effectively
Quickly identify business problems & opportunities
Prioritize & organize effectively
Analyze & interpret data
Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced, evolving environments
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
Business process documentation, requirements elicitation, product development and project implementation
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science
