BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Project Manager on the Marketing Communications team, you’ll be responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. You will be driving a variety of tasks. You will manage project details, assets, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities
Influence customer journeys and identify opportunities to simplify and enhance the user experience.
Drive process innovation and implementation of new technologies to gain efficiency and improve accuracy.
Develop multi-tactic communication plans and manage through implementation.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure stakeholder alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and expectations.
Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Perform other duties as requested.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Expert user in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
Experience using AI tools to maximize efficiency
Understanding of database architecture, indexing strategies, normalization, and transaction management
Proficiency in developing web-based communication strategies that support internal and external messaging goals
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed organization
Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
