BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Project Manager on the Business Integration team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation. You will use your project management experience to help deliver initiatives to improve the customer and agent experience to reduce contact rate. You will be hands on with creating detailed end-to-end project plans and will work closely with cross-functional partners to track progress.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects
Creating and managing detailed end-to-end project plans, outlining risks and dependencies
Ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and business expectations
Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives
Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementatio
Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you’ll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You’ll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Project Management: 2 or more years
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
Skills & Abilities:
Prioritize and organize effectively
Manage multiple projects and assignments
Develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Analyze and interpret data
Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
Critical thinking
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
