Be part of the connection:

You source and hire a high-quality workforce by partnering with hiring leaders to recruit and select qualified candidates. You identify opportunities to improve the quality of hires and reduce the time-to-fill metrics based on an in-depth analysis of hiring metrics.

Collaborate with leadership and hiring leaders to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

  • Recommend recruitment sourcing initiatives and advise client groups of the latest resources.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills as this role has high exposure to hiring leaders and Senior Sales Executives.
  • Enhance the diversity of candidates by participating in available national recruiting conferences and outreach efforts.
  • Manage client selection, initial interviews, assessments, tests, offers and onboarding.
  • Focus recruitment efforts for technically skilled enterprise sales individuals through the identification of alternative recruitment methods.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, FCC and applicable federal, state and local employment laws.
  • Serve as an employment brand ambassador to drive awareness of opportunities and our position as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate and current recruitment and applicant documentation.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Five or more years of recruiting or staffing experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of recruitment trends, recruiting technologies, staffing and employment practices; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Skills: Creative thinking, analytical, prioritization, organizational and English communication
  • Abilities: Ability to maintain client and company confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 + Years B2B Commercial Medium to Large Sales recruiting experience
  • History of working with hiring managers at all levels
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to show sound judgment and initiative while working under pressure.
