As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide essential support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates across all stages of the recruiting process.This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and candidate-friendly hiring experience.
WHAT OUR RECRUITING COORDINATORS ENJOY MOST
Schedules interviews and help manage requisition workflows
Create, assign and routes requisitions for approval
Serve as a back-up to Recruiters for processing and administering of hiring documents
Monitors candidates through background and onboarding to ensure timely completion
Facilitate travel requests, accommodations & reimbursements for candidates
Monitors candidate and requisition workflows to ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and applicable laws
Provide ad hoc reporting and support for special projects
Audit requisitions to ensure EEO and OFCCP compliance; perform other duties as required
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 2+ years- Experience providing recruiting, human resources, or administrative support
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and independence in daily task. Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
Onsite Office Environment
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or related work.
Experience:Prior ATS experience
