Do you excel at working cross-functionally to achieve common goals? As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll manage complex data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.

This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week. 


HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Conducting complex data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions including integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
  • Capturing, developing, identifying, and documenting data definitions, business rules, data quality requirements, and data quality improvements
  • Creating, developing, and producing specifications, forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, based on business requests for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholders
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
  • Ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis

On a typical day you’ll be responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards to provide insights in determining operational impact, trends, and opportunities.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 5 years or more
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
    • Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management
  • Abilities:
    • Analyze and interpret data
    • Work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment
    • Quickly identify business problems & opportunities
    • Prioritize and organize effectively while managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
    • Document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
