The base pay for this position generally is between $169,800.00 and $300,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Have you mastered the art of strategic negotiations and supplier partnerships? Spectrum is seeking a Senior Director, Procurement to shape and guide our procurement strategies while collaborating closely with executive leadership. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive value, optimize resources and develop a high-performing team that fuels our continued growth and success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships within Spectrum and with key suppliers to align business priorities and procurement initiatives
- Lead the development and execution of commodity-specific sourcing strategies and category plans that span the business
- Direct and oversee the negotiation and management of strategic enterprise-wide deals, leveraging supplier relationships to maximize value
- Evaluate supply markets, adopt innovative technologies and optimize business models to generate greater operating efficiencies and business value
- Develop, monitor and refine departmental processes to centralize procurement activities and ensure effective administration of agreements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and align procurement efforts with their strategic objectives
- Mentor and coach procurement team members to foster expertise, professional growth and achievement of department goals

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 10+ years of procurement contract negotiation and contract management experience
- 8+ years of technical and operational procurement experience
- 5+ years managing and developing employees
- 3+ years in eProcurement technology (Ariba preferred)
- 5+ years of direct industry or company experience
Skills
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Advanced analytical abilities

- Knowledge of sourcing
- Ability to conduct complex negotiations
- Strong relationship management and influencing abilities
