As a Senior Director, Retail Experience and Store Marketing you will lead store experience transformation, campaign activations, and omnichannel retail engagement within Spectrum’s physical retail locations and experiential platforms. WHAT OUR SENIOR DIRECTOR, RETAIL EXPERIENCE AND STORE MARKETING ENJOY MOST
Building and leading a high-performing team of retail experience designers, marketers, and activation specialists.
Developing and executing retail marketing and store experience strategies that enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and brand perception.
Leading experiential activations, in-store campaigns, and community-driven marketing initiatives that create impactful customer experiences.
Leveraging AI-driven retail engagement tools, customer insights, and behavioral data to personalize in-store experiences and messaging.
Optimizing interactive retail experiences and technology integrations, such as digital kiosks, QR activations, and experiential zones.
Using customer insights, sales data, and in-store analytics to continuously refine retail strategies and creative approaches while identifying emerging retail and experiential marketing trends, ensuring Spectrum stays ahead in the evolving retail landscape.
You’ll drive the development and execution of high-impact in-store experiences, merchandising, and marketing campaigns that enhance shopper engagement, increase store traffic, and boost conversions. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Experience in retail marketing, store experience strategy, or experiential activations 10+ years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience and education
Technical skills: Expertise in integrated retail marketing, store merchandising, and omnichannel engagement strategies. Strong background in vendor management, budget oversight, and campaign execution at scale. Proven ability to drive customer engagement and sales through innovative in-store experiences.
Skills: Strategic mindset and acumen. Commitment to creative excellence. Operational expertise. Passion for creating engaging, high-impact retail experiences that enhance customer journeys.
Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and creative teams.
