TITLE: Sr Mgr, Business Solutions (Multiple Openings)

DUTIES: Lead cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and design business requirements for marketing analytics and application development projects. Architect, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular, JavaScript, .NET Core, and Oracle SQL to support marketing operations and reporting. Oversee the integration, transformation, and storage of user activity and campaign data in Snowflake or AWS, ensuring data is optimized for AI applications. Design and manage data pipelines using Snowflake or AWS’s native connectors (such as Snowpipe, Fivetran, AWS Glue, etc.) to efficiently load and transform data from Amazon S3 into Snowflake. Create new and advanced measurement and connecting Snowflake to visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Cloud, or Looker. Analyze attribution parameters to accurately credit SEM and SEO teams, using advanced data science and machine learning techniques. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement secure media asset sharing platforms hosted on Charter’s proprietary in-house servers and cloud-native storage solutions. Apply data science methodologies, including statistical analysis, probability, and machine learning techniques using Python 3.12+, JupyterLab, scikit-learn, Pandas, and Plotly, to extract insights and support predictive modeling for marketing initiatives. Leverage Snowflake’s data processing and machine learning capabilities to build, train, and deploy scalable AI/ML models directly on data stored within Snowflake. Establish best-in-class governance of customer data, in compliance with current/future data security and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) when handling sensitive customer and campaign data. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and analytics teams, fostering best practices in cloud-native software engineering and data analysis. Architect new knowledge libraries of marketing data for ingestion into AI solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (computer, electronics or communication), Data Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience utilizing JavaScript to develop interactive and responsive user interfaces for web applications. 5 years of experience utilizing .NET C# to build and maintain backend services and APIs for web applications. 5 years of experience utilizing Oracle SQL to design and optimize complex queries for large-scale relational databases. 4 years of experience applying advanced data science and machine learning techniques using Python, JupyterLab, scikit-learn, Pandas, or Plotly to analyze and visualize data. 3 years of experience designing and managing data pipelines to integrate, move, extract, transform, and load data between systems.

SALARY: $192,275 per year

HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40+ hours/week)
