As the Senior Manager of Project and Program Management, you will plan, govern and execute initiatives that advance sales productivity and strengthen operational performance for our Vertical Markets Sales team. You will be a partner with leadership to ensure strong alignment with our sales priorities and long-term growth objectives.

Deliver successful sales programs that align behaviors with goals and boost seller engagement for our Vertical Markets Sales team focusing on Healthcare, Hospitality, Government and Education.
How can you make a difference:
Lead and mentor teams of project and program managers to achieve exceptional results.
Define and drive project and program management standards, governance and reporting across all initiatives.
Develop and enhance project and program management processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Serve as the senior escalation point for project and program risks, issues and cross-team conflicts.
Drive resource planning and capacity management to meet project and program objectives.
Align project and program goals with organizational strategy, prioritizing and executing key initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure approach and alignment on key initiatives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to shape program strategy and influence business priorities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum:
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years project management experience; 3+ years people leader experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies. Experience with project management applications.
Abilities: Proven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of telecommunications experience.
