BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Senior Retail Partners Manager, you will be responsible building, owning, and driving a sales culture across Big Box and Authorized Retailers from a corporate perspective. You will use your sales and analytical skills to successfully develop and implement sales tools, strategies, and support that allow you to meet and exceed budgeted sales and revenue goals. You will serve as a leader who will support the Retail Partners Sales team and ensure assigned sale channels contribute to the acquisition of new customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Supervisory experience (5+ years), process design/management experience (3+ years), corporate experience (5+ years) cable industry experience (3+ years), retail experience (5+ years)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer use and software applications
  • Skills: Communication, strategic, professionalism, detail-oriented, analytical, project management, interpersonal skills
  • A Valid Driver’s License
  • Working Conditions

    Work in an office environment with occasional travel, plus the option to work from home one day each week through Spectrum’s Hybrid Work Policy
