Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between technical and operational groups impacted by new products
Serve as an SME for the development of non-standard products for an assigned product line
Recommend solutions to end-user requirements and engage as a project lead
Identify product gaps, conduct research to fill these gaps and provide recommendations
Gather, refine, validate, document and maintain complex data for the associated lines of business
Model business trends based on historical data sets and the planned changes or feature launches
Lead weekly business process review and manage third-party workflow and reporting systems
Generate requirements documentation through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
7+ years of telecommunications engineering or product management experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, a related field or equivalent experience
Skills
Familiar with telecommunications sales or sales engineering; Proficient in Microsoft Office
Analytical, organizational, prioritization, presentation and English communication skills
Quick learner that can become a subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools
Ability to define KPIs and metrics

PMP certification
Product development experience.
