Join Spectrum’s Customer Service Reliability team as a Senior Project Manager and help drive work that strengthens service reliability and enhances customer experience. In this highly visible role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, partner with senior and executive leadership, and ensure critical work stay aligned, on track, and positioned to deliver meaningful business impact.
This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery to improve service reliability, operational performance, and customer experience
Partner with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and teams across multiple departments to align priorities, drive accountability, and support successful project execution
Oversee project planning, resource alignment, risk identification, and execution across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business value
Establish project plans, timelines, governance, and success measures that keep initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
Monitor scope, budgets, risks, quality, service levels, and performance metrics to maintain momentum and ensure project goals are achieved
Track progress, dependencies, and key decisions, proactively addressing issues and driving mitigation plans to reduce delivery risk
Communicate project strategy, status, milestones, and challenges clearly to leadership and stakeholders to support alignment and informed decision-making.
Mentor junior project managers and help elevate project management discipline, consistency, and effectiveness across the team
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Experience
3 years of project management experience
Skills
Strong ability to work directly with business leaders and to support multiple stakeholders and assignments
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a data-driven approach and the ability to translate complex ideas for all levels of the organization
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes and build alignment
Ability to work effectively and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and agile delivery management tools (e.g. Jira)
Preferred Qualifications Education
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
