As a Senior Data Insights Analyst on the Credit Services team you’ll leverage existing data sources and create new analysis methods. Your work will extract meaningful information from data and provide the business with actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.


WHAT OUR SR DATA INSIGHTS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Providing metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements
  • Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
  • Using advanced visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel, to create reports for customers
  • Using data visualization, written or verbal presentations to communicate results and make recommendations
  • Using business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business results

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience within a platform/data analysis environment: 5 years or more; Experience in a customer-facing, product & services environment: 5 years or more
     Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
     Technical skills: Demonstrated in-depth proficiency of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
     Abilities: Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; demonstrated proficiency of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools using Tableau; effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in data analytics, data science, statistics
