What our Technical Business Development Manager Enjoy Most About the Role
Driving Strategic Initiatives:Publish team mission, schedule, metrics, roles, reporting, reviews and lead opportunity review board meetings to gain internal support for pursuing opportunities.
Building Key Relationships:Identify and map full org structure for hotel brand technology leadership teams, establish working relationships with key stakeholders and secure stakeholder commitment to sponsor Spectrum Business.
Crafting Comprehensive Business Strategies:Document market analysis, competitive market share, SWOT analysis and size market potential for each brand, projecting 3-year financial plans and goals.
Collaborating for Innovation:Partner with sales, product management and marketing teams to activate sales motions, prioritize development program funding and build long-term product/service roadmaps.
Representing the Brand:Engage in public forums, present client-centric solutions to C-suite executives and lead discussions confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment: This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
Required Qualifications
Education
BA/BS Degree in Business, Technology or related field.
Experience
7+ year(s) product development and/ or Product Management.
7+ year(s) Cable, Telecommunications, software, and online services.
Technical Skills
Expertise in Network Connectivity, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Telephony, Video Transport: Develop impactful business cases and sophisticated proposals.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management Software: Analyze data, create presentations, and manage projects effectively.
Skills & Abilities
