BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing highly complex enterprise-wide programs and enhancements. You will recognize cross-functional impacts and review them with impacted stakeholders. You will focus on improving end-to-end efficiency and removing business friction.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends end-to-end solutions/best practices to improve technical processes and to alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication.
Leverages specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to optimize program strategy and develop recommendations for how to improve business efficiency.
Communicates effectively with leadership and other stakeholders on program direction and the impact of change.
Integrates across multiple projects and adjusts project scope, and timing, based on business needs.
Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.
Participates in multiple forums (intake meetings, steering committee meetings, etc.) to identify competing priorities and potential redundancies.
Develops and executes best practices to optimize stakeholder engagement.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Eight or more years of project management experience and IT or engineering experience; Experience managing large, complex, diverse and strategic multi-discipline technical projects that impacts the entire organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills:Advanced knowledge of full lifecycle development; Understanding of complex technical program and project budgets; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Prioritization, organizational, presentation, team development and English communication skills.
Abilities: Proven history of analyzing and interpreting data to define KPIs and metrics.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Spectrum Business products, systems, and processes.
Spectrum Business experience, preferably within operational, engineering, or front-line organizations.
Experience working with technology and the business to define process solutions that accommodate the longer-term evolution of systems and automation.
Experience translating complex business challenges into simple concepts and presenting to audiences of varying seniority.
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
