As a Billing Solutions Vice President you are accountable for leading, managing, mentoring, and developing the teams that provide appropriate billing system solutions for the organization with a focus on scalability, time to market, delivery, operations, and customer experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
Developing and implementing strategic plans and processes that propel effective development and implementation of billing system design, processes, billing conversions, and product launches in the billers
Driving a unified catalog approach across lines of business, and leverage back office modernization to deliver optimized solutions for both routine billing system requests (configuration) and programmatic launches (i.e. ACP, buy flow
Ensuring programs/projects are prioritized, managed to completion and implemented on a timely and performance-enhancing measurable basis
Defining, designing, developing, and implementing strategies, processes, and system solutions that continuously improve billing assurance, billing accuracy, and govern billing system integrity
The VP, Billing Solutions is responsible for specific functions within the Billing Strategy & Design group of Customer Operations including strategy, design, configuration, and system integration across multiple Billing platforms (ICOMS, CSG, Amdocs) for residential, bulk, SMB, and Enterprise customers. This role ensures proper implementation of design or billing system enhancement requests that meet marketing and product strategies (go-to-market projects).

Required Qualifications
Experience:
Billing, Accounting or Data Science experience: 10+ years
Leadership experience: 10+ years
Education:
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required
Skills:
Thorough understanding of billing software and system technologies
Solid understanding of computer information technology, including relational database technology, 3-tiered client server technology, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), IP, and web technology
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to encourage high performance from team members
CSG, ICOMS, and/or AmDocs system knowledge
Proven success leading and implementing integration processes with key stakeholders
Abilities:
