Position Overview:

The Vice President, Chief of Staff, serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the COO. This role acts as a key liaison across departments, driving organizational priorities, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment of company-wide initiatives. The VP, Chief of Staff, provides high-level operational support, leads cross-functional projects, and manages strategic communications, enabling the executive office to operate efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the COO to prioritize strategic initiatives, manage executive workflows, and streamline decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration across senior leaders and business units to ensure execution of company objectives.
  • Oversee major projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead preparation and follow-up of executive meetings, board meetings, and key stakeholder engagements.
  • Analyze operational performance and provide insights to support strategic planning and organizational improvements.
  • Act as a representative of the COO office in high-level meetings.
  • Drive cultural initiatives and organizational effectiveness programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the COO

Qualifications & Skills/Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite and board members.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive organizational change and lead cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness for change. Unafraid of the unknown.  Challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present actionable recommendations.
  • Expertise in corporate governance and board relations.
  • Experience in a high-growth or multi-national organization.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and data analytics platforms.
