How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead teams to deliver enterprise-level initiatives, cultivating high performance and collaboration
Oversee, plan, monitor and manage risks while allocating resources for multiple projects from conception through implementation
Define and implement Spectrum Business' program management strategy, governance model and best practices
Partner with executives to set priorities, approve business cases and align projects with corporate strategy
Drive resource planning, capacity management and organizational impact in partnership with executive leadership
Serve as executive sponsor for critical programs, ensuring support and accountability across the organization
Ensure clear communication and coordination across departments and senior leadership to achieve project objectives within budget and established success parameters

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Experience
8+ years of project management experience
5+ years of people leader experience
Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies
Experience with project management applications
Proven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
