Job Summary

Our Maintenance Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring network integrity, keeping people connected to what matters most. You'll lead a team of Maintenance Technicians to oversee demand, preventative maintenance and enforce safety standards.

Working Conditions

Maintenance Supervisors work outdoors in all kinds of weather, including adverse conditions, various heights, day or night, and often near power lines and electricity. Some work is also done in an office environment. You will be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions and may work indoors in poorly ventilated areas. Overtime, including weekends or a second shift, may be required as needed.


Required Qualifications

Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record

Education

· Associate's degree in electronics or related field or equivalent experience

· Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E)

Experience

· 4+ Years in optical and coax distribution network construction/maintenance or equivalent.

· 1+ Year of supervisory experience in a technical environment

Technical Skills

· Advanced HFC distribution network knowledge

· Moderate IP networks and headend operations knowledge

· Basic software skills & company products and services knowledge

· Proficiency with manual and powered hand tools & communication devices

Skills & Abilities

· Fluent in English.

· Drive company vehicles and use weight-bearing equipment safely.

· Work in various terrains and weather, climb ladders, and work from high places.

· Attention to detail, project management, team leadership.
