BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Lead Business Systems Analyst on the Communications Desk team you’ll be responsible for formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. This role designs and develops new systems by configuring new hardware or software, or uses existing systems in new ways to accomplish additional or different outcomes.
WHAT OUR LEAD BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
Provide deep subject matter expertise and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Specify inputs and formatting outputs to meet users’ needs oversee implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of the system to validate performance.
Perform both programming and analysis tasks on business systems.
Improve internal processes, and implement measures to control risks within the business applications framework.
Lead and facilitate commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) from initial requirements to final implementation.
In this role you’ll be working on assignments that are broad in nature and often require originality and ingenuity. If you’re a creative problem-solver who can lead cross-functional teams to address identified issues, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience with business systems or IT related experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Skills: Expert knowledge in business systems
Abilities: Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively; quickly identify business problems and provide solutions; analyze and interpret data; communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of management
Working conditions: Office environment
