Seeking a results-driven leader to shape the retail experience at Spectrum Franchise locations across your territory? As Retail Manager, Franchise, you’ll drive operational excellence and sales performance by partnering with Franchise owners and management teams. Leverage your expertise to implement strategies that ensure consistent customer satisfaction and sales growth, making a lasting impact on Spectrum’s brand presence.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Guide and energize the sales force by providing visionary leadership and strategic direction
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through coaching, training, product knowledge and store visits
  • Ensure Franchise stores match the performance and customer experience of Spectrum-operated locations
  • Collaborate with Franchise leadership to maintain optimal staffing and productivity levels
  • Build and sustain partnerships to enhance point-of-sale service promotion by store teams
  • Drive performance metrics, analyze sales data and optimize sales opportunities within assigned locations
  • Resolve complex customer concerns creatively while fostering positive relationships
  • Implement business plans and processes to improve operational efficiency and compliance

Working Conditions

  • Flexible schedule may require evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional travel.

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 10+ years in sales, operations, shrink management, visual merchandising, product launch or marketing strategies

Skills

  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  • Expertise in sales analysis and process implementation
  • Ability to resolve complex customer issues creatively
  • Proven team development skills

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

Experience

  • 2+ years in management role
  • 4-6+ years in a related field
  • 1+ year retail management with supervisory experience
  • 1+ year selling wireless/mobile products or telecommunications

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and technical applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and collaborative abilities
