Our Corporate Physical Security team ensures the physical security and safety of Spectrum employees, property, and customers. CPS operates out of various locations throughout the country and works with partners in more than 41 states to provide a full range of exceptional security and customer services.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As the Supervisor of Corporate Physical Security, you will be responsible for administering the physical security programs in a manner that aligns with Charter's policies, procedures, quality standards, and customer needs, while complying with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. You will conduct facility security risk assessments, assist with access control, monitor alarms and CCTV systems, and provide security-related training.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of security principles and experience in managing security programs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. You will be accountable for ensuring high levels of security and safety for facilities and their occupants.

WHAT OUR SUPERVISOR OF CORPORATE ENJOY MOST
• Supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance physical security actively and consistently.
• Completing annual facility security risk assessments for regional sites, documenting findings in a timely manner, and presenting recommendations to appropriate departments.
• Managing security access systems, alarms, and CCTV systems within the region, handling installation plans, technical issues, system updates, and repairs.
• Monitoring operational effectiveness of security systems, consistently checking systems for camera clarity, placement, and recording efficiency.
• Working with CPS leadership to continually evaluate and provide in-field support whenever necessary to determine strategic regional site needs.
• Performing other duties as requested.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to supervise and motivate others
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward and professional manner
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to learn new technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
Preferred Qualifications
- Security related experience/background - 4+ years
- Supervisory or leadership experience - 1+ year
- Experience using Microsoft Access, Project, and/or Visio
- Hands on experience with access controls, alarms, CATV and/or CCTV systems – 2+ years
- Security Certification
- Customer service in the retail or hospitality sector
- Graduate of a law enforcement or Military training
- Associate’s degree or technical training in a related field

The base pay for this position generally is between $67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
