As a CSC Supervisor, your focus is supervising, coaching, and developing a team of CSC Specialists. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

Overseeing activities of Construction Support and Compliance staff
Collaborating with other departments to enforce policies and procedures
Developing and implementing new processes and tools
Creating then managing action plans to improve performance

Required Qualifications
Experience: Operations: 3 years, Billing platform (CSG, ICOMS, etc.): 3 years, Sales or relationship-management: 2 years, Financial, accounting, or data analysis: 1 year, Project management: 1 year
Education: College work in Business, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills: Aptitude to grasp new concepts and drive continuous operational improvements with the ability to translate data conclusions clearly
Skills: Communication, collaboration, prioritization, organization, supervisory, multitasking, and problem solving
Knowledge of: Sales and CRM tools (SalesForce, Siebel), billing systems, and other related software (e.g., CSG, Oracle, Synchronoss, Neustar, GIS, etc.)
