Lead the implementation and management of policies across recruitment, employment, employee relations and equal opportunity, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, evaluating and resolving complex HR issues in a fast-moving environment while supporting a geographically dispersed workforce. How You’ll Make an Impact
Oversee employee relations, ensuring Spectrum policies are consistently administered
Guide managers and supervisors with consultative support and resolve escalated employee issues
Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws to minimize risk
Direct recruiting and staffing processes, designing employee retention strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage organizational change and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives
Oversee payroll processing, commission reporting and maintenance of HRIS database
Hire, train and develop direct reports while managing departmental expenses and budget planning

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
8+ years of Human Resources experience 5+ years of management experience
Skills
Clear written and oral communication
Effective interaction with executive management and personnel
Delegation, mentoring and development of team members
Project planning, management and leadership
Supervision and motivation of staff
Professional public engagement
Confidentiality and decision-making under pressure
Proficiency with PC and MS Office
Prioritization, organization and independent work
Strong business acumen and negotiation
Data analysis and interpretation for business cases
Expert knowledge of employment laws and procedures
Recruitment trends, wage and hour laws, staffing practices
Project management and public speaking proficiency
Understanding of broadband services and subscription models
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
