As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll implement and manage human resources policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, employee relations, and equal opportunity compliance. You’ll use your HR mastery and industry knowledge to resolve complex HR issues within a fast-paced call center environment.
WHAT OUR HR MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Overseeing all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently. Additionally, monitor processes and ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and HRIS database.
Ensuring legal compliance with all applicable local state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA and ADAAA to minimize risk/exposure to the company
Partnering with respective client group in order to understand the business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support
Using knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment.
Providing guidance to ensure the integrity of the performance management program and the development of employees
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of employee relations, talent management and will focus on delivery of human resources programs and initiative in support of the business and broader Human Resources team. Collaborating and communicating with team members and key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide status updates, propose solutions, and gain alignment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including prior supervisory experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations; Strong PC skills – expert in Excel & PowerPoint
Abilities: Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
Travel Ability: Limited travel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Management or Leadership
Education: Master’s degree in human resources or related field; SHRM or PHR preferred
