EMPLOYER: Charter Communications, Inc.
TITLE: Manager, Engineering
DUTIES: Managing a team responsible for maintaining and supporting a host of applications and tools across Charter. Coach on a host of issues, including customer support, continuous improvement, and technical matters. Collaborate with customers for the purposes of managing service queues and requests. Receive customer escalations on tool development. Attend customer meetings to assist with compiling requirements. Perform development tasks with respect to assigned tools when necessary. Assist on any maintenance or update relating to JIRA, Confluence, and Testrail. Document customer processes. Provide training on all tools as necessary. Report weekly on team performance to senior leadership. Lead and guide the team daily. Participating, once a week per month, on 24/7 on call support team. Administering JIRA and Confluence. Writing and modifying Groovy scripts. Creating and configuring API calls and working with REST API. Documenting technical processes and diagramming systems. Managing people and resources in a technical environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related; 5 years of experience as a JIRA and Confluence administrator; 3 years of experience: writing and modifying Groovy scripts; in creating and configuring API calls and working with REST API; 2 years of experience: documenting technical processes and diagramming systems; and in managing people and resources in a technical environment. Hybrid (office and remote) arrangement is available.
SALARY: $158,345 per year
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40+ hours/week)

The pay for this position has a salary range of $158,345.00 to $175,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
